Story behind Photos

Anne’s ROCKing Chair
A friend on the island passes on to ME her own things as well as discarded items she finds to give them new homes.  Often I will arrive at the cottage to find a surprise on the porch or in the yard.   Since she knows I like antiques one spring I was gifted this amazing old ROCKing chair.  The ROCK in the name refers to a big rock, which helps to replace a missing piece and props up the chair.  Arriving home after a medical procedure, I found a gift from Anne of flowers tied in raffia to wish me healing.  The pottery container in the background once belonged to another woman (on island) but now graces my porch by the sea.  To me this card is about healing, energy and friendship.
